How do I make an exchange for a new item, different length or different print?Updated a month ago

Need to exchange for a new item? Here's what you'll need:

  1. Order Number: You'll need this to start the process.
  2. Shipping Address Zip Code: Use the zip code from the shipping address.

Start Your Return or Exchange

  • Please send us an email at [email protected] to contact our Sweetflexx Customer Support Team. We'll be more than happy to assist in authorizing your return or exchange and provide a printable prepaid USPS return shipping label or a QR code to print the label at the post office. 
    • All returns must have our authorized return label attached, provided by our Sweetflexx Customer Support Team, to be accepted.

Choose the Item to Return: We will ask a few questions about why you're returning your purchase.

Include Your Exchange Preference in Subject:

  • For a different size or color of the same item: "Exchange for new Size or Color."
  • Exchange for a different style or Sweetflexx item: "Return Item" 

Review and Submit Your Exchange: Our customer support experts will assist you every step of the way! If no amount is due, proceed with submitting your return. If a refund is due, you can select the refund type: store credit or payment method, then submit the return.

Print Your Shipping Label: You'll be provided a free USPS return shipping label or receive a QR code to have the label printed at the post office. Please use a lightweight mailer because our return labels are weight sensitive. Note: The QR code option must be selected within a few hours of processing the return, as USPS removes the option if not selected.

And that's it! Your exchange will be processed, and your new Sweetflexx item will be on its way to you soon. If you have any questions or need further assistance, don't hesitate to contact us.
