How do I return or exchange my order?Updated 2 days ago

Before you get started, make sure you have the following information:

  • Order Number: You'll need this to start the process.
  • Shipping Address Zip Code: Use the zip code from the shipping address.
    • Can't find this information? Contact us and we'll help you retrieve it.

Start Your Return or Exchange

  • Please send us an email at [email protected] to contact our Sweetflexx Customer Support Team. We'll be more than happy to assist in authorizing your return or exchange and provide a printable prepaid USPS return shipping label or a QR code to print the label at the post office. 
    • All returns must have our authorized return label attached, provided by our Sweetflexx Customer Support Team, to be accepted.

Return/Exchange Options

  1. Return for a refund: Upon completing the return process and dropping the return package off at USPS, please expect a 14-day turnaround for your refund, minus the original shipping charges.
  2. Return for a digital gift card: Upon completing the return process and dropping the return package off at USPS, you will receive a Sweetflexx digital gift card code via the email address entered. 
  3. Exchange for the same style: Upon completing the return process and dropping the return package off at USPS, your exchange order will begin processing and shipped out to you.  
  4. Exchange for a different style or Sweetflexx item: Upon completing the return process and dropping the return package off at USPS, your exchange order will begin processing and shipped out to you. 

Shipping Your Return

  1. Use the original Sweetflexx mailer or plain lightweight packaging, as our USPS Parcel Post return labels are weight-sensitive. 
  2. Ensure the return order is scanned at drop-off and request a receipt. 
    • In the event of an issue with receiving the return, the receipt will be requested by our customer experience team to investigate and complete the return.
  3. For Canada and International returns: Please note that we do not provide prepaid return labels.
    To ensure the perfect fit before purchasing, we recommend contacting our customer service team [email protected] for sizing guidance. If you choose to return an item, you will be responsible for return shipping costs and the return address will be given by our Customer Service Team. Once we receive the item in its original condition, we will issue a full refund.

Important Things to Note

  • Final Sale, Clearance Items, Gifts with Purchase, and Select Items Are Non-Returnable.
  • Refunds do not include original shipping costs.
  • A restocking fee of $5 may be applied to all returned items. This fee covers the cost of refurbishing the product rather than discarding it, allowing us to offer more sustainable shopping options.
  • Depending on case by base, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping cost of $6.80. This amount will be deducted from the refund.
