30 Days - Returns for Refund

Returns shipped back within 30 days from the date the order was placed, in acceptable condition, are eligible for a refund to your original payment method, excluding original shipping costs. For all returns and exchanges, please email us at [email protected] to contact our Customer Support Team.

60 Days - Returns for Exchange or Store Credit

Returns shipped back within 60 days from the date the order was placed, in acceptable condition, are eligible for an exchange or store credit, excluding original shipping costs. For all returns and exchanges, please email us at [email protected] to contact our Customer Support Team.

Condition of Items and Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet specific criteria. Our goal is to ensure quality and satisfaction, and these guidelines help us maintain the highest standards:

  • Condition: Items must be in new and unused condition with all original labels/tags attached.
    • Items must be unaltered, undamaged, unwashed, and free from any markings, make-up, self-tanner, odors, pet hair, perfumes, deodorant, and detergent.
    • For health reasons and personal hygiene, hair accessories, and lip balms are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Time Frame: Within 30 days for a refund, and within 60 days for an exchange or store credit.
  • Authorized Sweetflexx return label:Will be provided by Sweetflexx Customer Support. 
    • All returns must have our authorized return label attached, provided through our Sweetflexx Customer Support Team, to be accepted.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

  • Hair accessories and lip balms.
  • Items marked as "FINAL SALE."
  • "Not Eligible for Return" items.
  • Gift with purchase items.

Damaged or Faulty Items

  • Submit a return request by emailing [email protected] with the subject, "Damaged or Defective item". Include a photo and a brief description of the issue. 
  • Defective or Faulty item claims must be made within 14 days time of receiving the order.

Shop Now & Direct Exchanges

  • We offer the option to return your items and exchange for the same item in another size or select different products directly on our website using the "Shop Now" feature.
  • Shop Now & Direct Exchanges requests are not guaranteed and will be shipped within 1 - 2 business days after your return has completed processing.
  • All Shop Now & Direct Exchange orders ship by standard delivery, faster shipping methods are unavailable at this time.
  • If we do not have the item requested in stock a refund will automatically be issued for the return.
  • If a discount was used on the original purchase, and you are looking to exchange for the same item in a different size with the discount applied, please proceed with an exchange and your return will be processed for the original discount amount for each item.
  • New discount codes, gift cards/store credit are not able to be applied to exchange requests.

Instant Exchanges

  • Instant Exchanges allow for the immediate creation of your exchange order at the time of your return submission rather than after your return has been scanned in transit. 
  • A temporary authorization will remain on the credit card provided for 7 business days to ensure that the return has been shipped back within days of the completion of the return request.
  • If your return is not sent back within 14 days from the date of return submission the credit card provided will be charged the full amount of the exchange order. 
  • If we do not have the item requested in stock a refund will automatically be issued for the return.
  • Be sure your parcel is scanned as received at the time of drop off and obtain proof by requesting a receipt.
  • Instant Exchange orders are unable to be canceled or edited at this time. All orders, whether exchange, shop now, or instant exchanges are subject to our return policy.
  • New discount codes, gift cards/store credit are not able to be applied to Instant Exchange requests.

Refunds

  • To receive a refund for your return select the option for refund when submitting your return.
  • Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment after processing. Processing begins after the return has been delivered to our warehouse and may take up to 5-7 business days.
  • Please allow up to 7 business days for funds to post to your account.
  • A restocking fee of $5 may be applied to all returned items. This fee covers the cost of refurbishing the product rather than discarding it, allowing us to offer more sustainable shopping options.
  • Depending on case by base, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping cost of $6.80. This amount will be deducted from the refund.

Store Credit

  • To receive a store credit for your return select the option for store credit when submitting your return.
  • Processing begins after the return has been delivered to our returns department and may take up to 3 - 6 business days to complete processing.
  • Store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card which will be sent to the email used to place the order.

Discounts and Refunds

If you used a discount on your original purchase and want to exchange for the same item, proceed with an exchange. New discount codes, gift cards, or store credit cannot be applied to exchange or shop now requests. See the full discount terms and conditions.

Refunds with ShopPay

If you used ShopPay, payments will continue as scheduled until the full amount is paid or until your return has been processed and refunded.

Canada Shipping

Orders shipped to Canada typically take 12 to 15 business days to arrive. Please allow for this extended timeframe due to international shipping processes and potential customs delays.

International Shipping & Freight Forwarders
 
At this time, Sweetflexx does not offer international shipping outside of the United States and Canada. Additionally, we do not ship to freight forwarder addresses to ensure product quality and delivery reliability.
Please note:

  • Orders shipped to freight forwarders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order placed with a freight forwarding address or intended for international shipping.



Canada and International Orders

Returns

We want you to love your Sweetflexx! However, please note that we do not provide prepaid return labels. To ensure the perfect fit before purchasing, we recommend contacting our customer service team [email protected] for sizing guidance. If you choose to return an item, you will be responsible for return shipping costs and the return address will be given by our Customer Service Team. Once we receive the item in its original condition, we will issue a full refund.



Exchanges

If you need a different size or style, we’re happy to assist! However, return shipping costs must be covered by the customer. As a thank you for your support, we may provide a discount code for a future order. Please contact our customer service team [email protected] to arrange an exchange.


Other Conditions for Returns

We reserve the right to refuse returns at our discretion. All returns must be received and verified by a Sweetflexx team member before a refund will be issued. We are not liable for returns that do not reach our warehouse for any reason.
