How do I prepare my return packaging?Updated a year ago
Printed Return Label Instructions:
- Follow the Prompts: Please email us at [email protected] to receive your printed return label.
- Repack Your Items: Feel free to repack your items back in the original packaging or a package that is of a similar size. Please note that multiple orders cannot be combined in one package and will not be accepted.
- Attach Your Label: Attach your return shipping label to the outside of the return packaging.
- Drop Off Your Return: At a local post office. Be sure your parcel is scanned as received at the time of drop off and obtain a receipt. (If there is an issue with the return delivery our Customer Experience Team will reach out to collect this information)
No Printer? No Problem! Choose Our QR Code Option:
- Contact Us: Please email us at [email protected] to receive your authorized QR return code.
- Opt for the QR Code: One of our customer support experts will assist in providing you an authorized QR code.
- Access the QR Code: An email will be sent to you containing the QR code. Save this code to reference for the authorized drop off location staff to scan when receiving the return.
- Visit the Authorized Drop-Off Location: There will be an option to look up locations near you under the QR code selection. (e.g., post office).
- Show the QR Code: Supply the staff at the authorized drop-off location with the return QR code.
- Label and Submit: The authorized drop-off location staff will scan the QR code and take care of the rest!
- Await Confirmation: Once the QR code is scanned and processed into the system, your refund, exchange, or store credit confirmation will be sent via email.
