We know you're eager to get things sorted, and we're here to help! Depending on what you need for your return, processing times can vary. Here's a quick guide to help you understand what to expect for your specific return request:
- Refunds:
- Issued back to the original payment method after processing, taking up to 5-7 business days.
- Please allow up to 7 business days for the funds to post to your account.
- We cannot refund alternative forms of payment other than what the original order was placed with.
- A restocking fee of $5 may be applied to all returned items. This fee covers the cost of refurbishing the product rather than discarding it, allowing us to offer more sustainable shopping options.
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost of $6.80. This amount will be deducted from the refund.
- We cover the initial shipping cost to you. The return shipping plus restocking fee total $13.80
- Store Credit:
- Processing takes up to 3-6 business days, store credit returns will be sent as a gift card sent to the email used to place the order.
- For gift returns returned for store credit please email us at [email protected] to ensure that the email with the store credit will be issued to the correct email address.

- Exchanges & Shop Now:
- Shipped within 1 - 2 business days from the date your return is processed at our warehouse, subject to product availability.
- If we do not have the item requested in stock a refund will automatically be issued for the return.
- Instant Exchanges:
- Instant Exchange requests are processed as soon as the shipping carrier scans the authorized return label.
- A temporary authorization will be placed on the credit card provided for the next 7 business days to ensure that the returned order is sent back and received.
- If not sent back within 21 days, the credit card will be charged the full amount.
- If we do not have the item requested in stock a refund will automatically be issued for the return.
- Ensure the return order is scanned at drop-off and request a receipt.
- In the event of an issue with receiving the return, the receipt will be requested by our customer experience team to investigate and complete the return.
- Once placed, it cannot be canceled or edited.
