Missing a Sweetflexx Package? Follow These Steps:
- Confirm Your Shipping Address: Check that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct. You can find this information on the order and shipping confirmation email that was sent to you.
- Check with Neighbors or Housemates: They may have picked up or received the package by mistake.
- Contact Your Local Post Office: Shipping carriers are responsible for delivery after the package leaves our warehouse.
- File a Claim with USPS: Depending on how long the package has been missing, file a claim at USPS Claims.
- For Priority and Express insured mail, scroll down to "Start an Online Claim."
- For First Class Mail uninsured, go to "Find Missing Mail."
- Contact Us: If you still have not found your package after 72 hours after the estimated delivery date, please contact us, and we will help you investigate.
- We kindly ask that you wait 72 hours after the shipping estimated time frame has lapsed before reaching out to us as we are unable to process a resolution until this time has concluded.
