Undeliverable Orders and Sweetflexx's Policy:

If your order is marked as undeliverable by the shipping carrier and returned to us, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Sweetflexx: Contact us as soon as tracking shows as marked as delivered back to the Sweetflexx facility. We will process a refund for the order, excluding the original shipping costs.
  2. Place a New Order: If any address changes are needed, please place a new order with the correct information.
  3. Inquire with the Local Shipping Carrier: If the address entered at checkout was correct, we recommend contacting your local shipping carrier office to inquire why the package wasn't delivered and was returned to the sender.
