What is your shipping and delivery policy?Updated 9 months ago

All orders take 1-2 business days to process before shipping. Please keep this additional processing time in mind when selecting your shipping method. The shipping times listed below do not include the processing time.

  1. Economy (6-10 business days): This shipping option is the most economical and typically takes 6 to 10 business days for delivery after the 1-2 business day processing period.
  2. Express (2-5 business days): Need your Sweetflexx a little faster? Choose our Express Shipping option for delivery within 2 to 5 business days after the 1-2 business day processing period.
  3. Expedited (2-3 business days): For even quicker delivery, opt for our Expedited shipping method. Your order will arrive within 2 to 3 business days after the 1-2 business day processing period.

Delays

  • Public holidays, severe weather, and courier transit errors are sometimes beyond our control and may cause transit delays.
  • We'll do everything possible to assist with resolving any delay issues. However, after it leaves our facility, we have very little control over the package after that so we depend on the shipping carriers to make sure that your package arrives to you in a timely manner, is placed in a safe place, and the address it is left at is correct. But unfortunately, sometimes things happen and the order gets lost or misplaced.
  • We kindly ask that you wait 72 hours after the shipping estimated time frame has lapsed before reaching out to us as we are unable to help until this time period has concluded.

Important Things to Note:

  • At this time we do not offer overnight shipping.
  • We ship all orders using reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the delivery address location. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a selection of specific carriers at checkout.
  • Please be aware carriers can sometimes partner with other carriers to complete the final journey to you. 
    • Example: Your package can start by being picked up by UPS from our warehouse but then be handed off to USPS to complete the final leg of its journey to you.
  • Requests for address changes or order cancelations should be submitted as soon as possible. We do our best to process and ship orders as soon as possible, so while we would love to make these changes for you, regrettably we cannot always honor these changes or cancelations.
