Will my order arrive by Christmas?

Sweetflexx is dedicated to delivering comfort and joy right on time. The best way to ensure your leggings and gear arrive by Christmas is to order early to avoid any last-minute rush.

Remember, Sweetflexx can't control carrier delays, but we're here to support you every step of the way. So, it's best to get your shopping wrapped up ahead of time!

Where can I track my package?

Track your order via the link in your "Your Sweetflexx order has shipped!" email.

Can I purchase Sweetflexx products at an in-store location this Holiday season?

All Sweetflexx products are exclusively sold on our official Sweetflexx website but we hope to make this option a reality in the future as we continue to grow.

Can I gift a Sweetflexx Gift Card for the Holidays?

Unfortunately, we do not have the option available currently, we hope to have this available in the future. 

Does Sweetflexx offer gift wrapping?

We're keeping it simple without gift wrapping for now. Your order will come in packaging that’s ready to be dressed up with a bow.

I am purchasing a gift for the Holidays. Do you offer gift returns or exchanges?

Absolutely! Holiday Gift Returns are on the table for purchases made from Sweetflexx's website from October 1st, 2023 to December 31st, 2023. Just be sure to exchange by January 31, 2024. 
Gift recipients will need to submit a return request by emailing us at [email protected] and will need the order number and shipping zip code (found on the packing slip). If they do not have this information they will be prompted to answer a few questions by one of our customer support experts to get this info for them.

What is your Holiday return policy?

We’re all about spreading cheer with an extended return policy! Orders from Sweetflexx's website between October 1st, 2023 - December 31st, 2023, can be returned up through January 31st, 2024. Check out our Returns Policy for further information, conditions, and eligibility.

Do you offer price adjustments for purchases made before or after a sale?

Keeping it simple: we don't offer price adjustments. To snag a deal, make sure to place your order during the promo period.

My order appears to be delayed in transit. What can I do?

The holiday rush can slow carriers down, but don't fret—tracking updates might lag due to the influx of holiday cheer, but your package is still on its way. Hang tight, and thanks for your patience! 

Please Note: If your order has not shipped, the tracking information will not be available. The information will be updated through the carrier after the package has shipped.

Are there any exclusions to Holiday sales, discounts, or promotions?

Promos might have some exceptions. Free shipping applies to contiguous U.S. orders over $150 after discounts and before taxes. Also, certain discount codes may have their own set of rules. Dive into our discount exclusions for more info.
